Service Availability
Submitting a form, calling, or emailing does not guarantee that an assignment has been accepted. Service availability depends on location, timing, document type, recipient information, and other practical factors.
Service Area
Regular service areas include Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, North Hollywood, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Van Nuys, Studio City, and nearby areas by availability. Requests outside these areas may be declined or referred.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate documents, names, addresses, deadlines, instructions, and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent service.
Documents and Confidentiality
Documents and assignment details are handled for the purpose of reviewing, coordinating, and performing requested process serving services. Do not send documents unless you are authorized to share them.
Proof of Service
Proof of Service is prepared after completed service when applicable. Requirements may vary depending on the document type, court, and assignment details.
